It used to be that anyone who was a vegetarian or vegan was considered a little “weird” and I suppose there are still some parts of the country that would think that way (especially in cattle country, I would guess). But more and more people are making the switch to either a vegetarian or vegan diet. One of those people is Ellen DeGeneres and many people want to know more about Ellens vegan diet.
